Short Courses

Call for Short Courses – EuCAP 2013, Gothenburg, Sweden

 
EuCAP 2013 will host Short Courses on Sunday, April 07, 2013.  Duration and Place to be announced.

Proposals for Short Courses should be submitted electronically to the Short Courses Chair (Eva Rajo Iglesisas) at  eva@tsc.uc3m.es 

The deadline for submitting a proposal is Friday December 21, 2012.

The course proposer will be notified about the acceptance or the rejection of the Short Course Proposal via e-mail on Monday January 7, 2013, at the latest. Proposer must submit Short Course materials intended for distribution to attendees by two weeks before the course.

If there are less than 5 people registered 4 weeks before the day of the course, the particular course can be cancelled and the Short Course Registration Fee will be returned.

Final agreement on financial policy will be done with the course organizer based on number of participants.
 

IMPORTANT DEADLINE:

December 21, 2012 – submitting a proposal

January 7, 2013 – acceptance notification

March 22, 2013 – submitting Short Course Notes

April  07, 2013        – Short Courses start
