PASSPORT AND VISA REQUIREMENTS
Visitors from non-EU Countries must possess a passport valid for at least the next 3 months. Participants requiring a visa should apply immediately to a consular office or a diplomatic mission of Sweden in their country in order to avoid a delayed arrival to the Conference. Please note that the visa application procedure can take a long time.

INVITATION LETTERS
Official invitation by EuCAP2013 Conference Organisers
EurAAP, the official organizer of the EuCAP2013 conference, is pleased to send a letter of invitation to any conference delegate, speaker, exhibitor or visitor requesting it.
The request for the invitation letter is colsed, by:
1) entering your profile data
2) detailing the identification number(s) of your accepted paper(s) you intend to present, if any.
Please note that a maximum of 3 paper per delegate can be presented and the papers not presented will not be published.

2013 Conference Organisers.
In case you are an authors of papers accepted for presentation, the EuCAP2013 Registration team will verify the correctness of the Paper ID(s) you intend to present (max 2) and will send you a letter of invitation via e-mail; in any other case, a fee of 20 EUR will be charged for administrative expenses.
Moreover, in case you need the original copy of the invitation letter a fee of 25 EUR will be charged for administrative and shipment expenses. These letters of invitation will be shipped by express mail to the email address indicated on the Invoice for payment.
