REGISTRATION FEES

The registration fees include**:
-    Associated Societies Members and Non Members Fees:
the attendance to the sessions and exhibition with a copy of the conference proceedings, the welcome drink, the morning and afternoon refreshments and the luncheons. Associated Societies are: EurAAP, AMTA, IEEE, IET.
-    Students/Retired Members Fees***:
the attendance to the sessions and exhibition with a copy of the conference proceedings, the welcome drink, the morning and afternoon refreshments.  The luncheons can be ordered at an extra charge****.
-    Exhibition Visitor:
the access to the exhibition area, the morning and afternoon refreshments, the luncheons
-    Application Tracks:
the access only to the sessions related to the Application Track, the morning and afternoon refreshments, the luncheons. The list of final Application tracks will be published with the conference program.

* Early Bird Registration is available on or before Friday, March  08, 2013, h 18.00 Central European Time.  For early registrations, we must receive the Bank Transfer payment on or before March 18, 2013. Payments received after this date will be considered late and extra fees will apply.

** Payments of registration fee by bank transfer will be charged by additional 10 €, due to the overhead cost for the registration management.

*** Student Fees are offered to Students up to 30 years old; Retired Fees are offered to retired colleagues.

****4 luncheons are charged 100,00 €, VAT 25% included. Because there is not enough capacity in restaurants and fast foods arround the Conference venue, organizers highly recommend ordering lunches.

QR - CODE  

The EuCAP2013 badges will show a QR-CODE to identify the conference delegates.

Upon the reading of the QR-code, the Exhibitors will access the Name, Surname, Institution, Department, Country and Email of the delegates.

GUESTS REGISTRATION  

You can register one or more Guests for the price of 20 euro each.
Only after clicking on "Guest Registration", you can buy the Welcome Drink (10 euro each) for one or more Guests and the Conference Dinner for one or more Guests (70 euro each)

The Guest does not have access to any area of the conference.

The Guest may only participate at the Welcome Drink on 08 April and the Conference Dinner on 11 April, if the delegate, who registered the Guest, buy these events for him.

Paper Presentations

At least one of the authors of each paper must register for attending the conference, and, it is not possible for any person to register more than two papers in his/her name as “presenting author”.

Exhibitors and Sponsors

Exhibitors and Sponsors can register their Conference Delegates and Stand Personnel using their Discount Codes. Discount codes will be provided to Exhibitors and Sponsors in order to access the free or discounted registrations, included in their Exhibition or Sponsors Package.

The Discount Codes gives them the access to
-    Exhibitor Delegates registration
-    Stand Personnel registration.

Short Courses

The registration to the Short Courses is part of the conference registration procedure.
The prices of the courses will be announced in December 2012. 

Application TRacks

EuCAP 2013 will feature a sessions track focussing on applications.  The list of final Application tracks will be published with the conference program.

Delegate can opt for attending the conference only for the days containing a given application track. The Application Track fee includes the attendance ONLY to the sessions taking place during the one or two days focusing on a selected application, the morning and afternoon refreshments and the lunchs.

This Fee does not allow the submission and publication of Paper.

WORKSHOPs

Workshops organised at EuCAP can be attended, on invitation. The persons invited to the Workshops will receive a registration code to be used in the registration procedure, in order to get the Workshop Pass.

Social Events

The attendance to the Social Events must be booked by the registration procedure. Registered Conference Delegates can add their Guest and register them in the Social Events.

Technical Tours

The attendance to the Technical Tours must be booked by the registration procedure. The registrations to the Technical Tours CANNOT be reimbursed NOR modified .

Letters of Invitation

Letters of Invitation to EuCAP2031 can be requested online by filling the form published at Visa Information.

Additional Purchases

Additional purchases can be added later, by logging using the username/password provided during the first registration access, selecting “Edit your Registration” .
 

Cancellation

In case of cancellation, provided that written notice is received at registration@eucap2013.org before March 08, 2013 h 18.00 Central European Time ,the registration fee will be refunded less a handling fee of Euro 60,00. When cancelling after March 08, 2013, h 18.00 Central European Time, no refund will be made. Proceedings (USB memory stick) will then be sent to the registrant after the conference.
