Exhibition Dates and Schedules

•Monday, April 8               12:40 to 18:30

•Tuesday, April 9               09:00 to 18:30

•Wednesday, April 10         09:00 to 18:30

•Thursday, April 11            09:00 to 16:50

Set-up

• Sunday, April 07 15:00 – 21:00 (for exhibitors with a free build booth) H+H2

• Sunday, April 07 18:00 – 21:00 (for exhibitors with a shell scheme booth) H+H2

• Monday, April 08 08:00 – 12:00 H+H2 (all)

• Monday, April 08 09:00 – 12:00 H1 (all)

Exhibitors with a free build booth must set up their booth on Sunday.

All stands must be set up by 12:00 am on Monday, April 08, 2013.

Dismantling

• Thursday, April 11 16:50 to 22:00

• Friday, April 12 07:00 to 09:00

During return delivery, exhibitors must use Elevator from H-hall or via Focus Shopping Centre car park level 3. For moving out, mobile environmental stations are placed in the halls, where all garbage is to be sorted. Exhibiting companies will be charged for the removal of refuse and any exhibited goods left behind.

Please respect the fact that no exhibitor is allowed to break/dismantle their stand or carry out exhibition goods before the time appointed for moving out on the last fair day
